I love the ocean, and never liked the idea of a traditional burial. We take so much out of this planet, I'd love to be able to give something back, even such a small thing as helping create a reef with my remains. When my father died, I didn't like the idea of visiting him at the cemetery. I keep his memory close to my heart, and think of him frequently. What more of a memorial does he need. I wish these eco-friendly options had been available, I think he would have liked them.S. Lloyd

When I heard about Eternal Reefs, we didn’t know what to do with my mother’s ashes. She always thought about the ocean since she was brought up in Atlantic City, and it just seemed like a great way to memorialize her. What a wonderful idea! Both my wife and I have decided to be cremated when we die and to have our ashes placed into a Reef Ball is just icing on the cake. The idea of our remains helping to create new habitat for fish/wildlife fills me with joy.
