Eternal Reefs and Hospice–providing a meaningful tribute for a patient’s final contribution and memorial

The concept of Hospice was founded with the idea of providing quality care while making the final days of a terminally ill person, and their families one of dignity and peace.

Many people enter hospice care unsure of what they would like to leave as a legacy and memorial to their lives. Eternal Reefs allows family and friends the opportunity to participate in the creation of their loved ones final memorial. Knowing that they are being cared for by family and seeing their final contribution as one of environmental provides a sense of peace that their passing will be remembered and appreciated by future generations.
